The Curzon Partnership was set up to be different.  Former board members of a very large recruitment organisation, the founding partners’ aim was to create a client-focused, partner-driven, boutique firm that quickly became well regarded in the senior executive search sector.

More than 10 years on, Curzon is a highly successful business located in the heart of London.  We serve clients throughout the UK and internationally.

Working in a close knit, flat structure, the Curzon team comprises an interesting diversity of backgrounds.  We are ably supported by our Advisory board members who are leaders from the sectors in which we specialise.
