Tom Butler, Member of the Advisory Board, was until recently Chief
Executive Officer of Liberata, a pure-play business process outsourcing company. Following an early career in Hoskyns and
Accenture, he became CEO of the UK business of EDS and a member of the worldwide Group Executive Board. Prior
to joining Liberata, Tom held senior executive positions with various European-based technology companies,
including Executive Chairman of Rebus HR. He is a Non-Executive Director of Computershare Limited.
