Meet our partners:
Sam Bell, Partner, qualified as an Accountant and became a Partner in Corporate Finance
and Assurance with Price Waterhouse. Since leaving the Profession in the early '90s, he worked as an entrepreneur
(where he was involved in a number of workouts and restructurings) and held Board level positions in public and
private companies operating across retail, healthcare and fund
management. He has also invested in various SMEs where he has held Executive and Non-executive
Director positions. Sam handles senior level assignments on behalf of corporate finance houses, restructuring boutiques,
professional services firms and other financial institutions.
