Simon Coxon, Managing Partner, began his career as an auditor with KPMG. He became a recruiter in 1994, working in the financial management practice of the UK's leading management recruitment firm. Simon manages the firm and recruits extensively in the healthcare and PFI/PPP markets, and for senior posts in finance and treasury.
