Lachlan Rhodes, Partner, moved from the army into the oil industry, holding business development roles with Armco Steel and Ramco Energy. In 1986 he joined Russell Reynolds and was later a Director of the UK's market leader in management recruitment, where he established an international energy practice. Lachlan is one of the UK's leading and most experienced energy recruiters, handling Board and senior level appointments across the sector.
